📍 Delivery Area
House of Bounce 907 proudly delivers to Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Wasilla, Palmer, and nearby surrounding areas.

Delivery Fees
– Anchorage: FREE delivery
– Eagle River & Chugiak: $50 delivery fee
– Wasilla & Palmer: $95 delivery fee

If your event is outside of our standard delivery area, please contact us! We’ll be happy to let you know if we can accommodate your location and provide a customized delivery quote.

 

⏰ Rental Duration
All inflatable rentals include up to 4 hours of fun! Need more time? No problem! Additional rental time is available for $25 per hour beyond the initial 4-hour rental period.

⚡ Generator Rental
Our inflatables require a reliable power source to operate. If your event location does not have access to a dedicated electrical outlet within reach of our equipment, a generator may be required.

We offer generator rentals for an additional $45. Please let us know when booking if your event will need a generator so we can ensure everything is ready for your event.

If none of these payment methods work for you, please contact us before your event. We’ll do our best to accommodate an alternative payment option whenever possible.

📋 Bounce House Setup Checklist
To help ensure a safe, smooth, and timely setup, all customers are required to review our Bounce House Setup Checklist before their scheduled rental.

The checklist outlines important setup requirements, such as:

  • Pet waste removal
  • Clear access to the setup area (vehicles, trash bins, etc.)
  • Removal of rocks, sticks, and sharp objects
  • 5’ clearance on all sides of the Inflatable
  • Overhead clearance free of trees, power lines, etc.
  • Other items that help us safely install your inflatable.Acknowledgment

By booking with House of Bounce 907, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Bounce House Setup Checklist. You agree to prepare the setup location as outlined in the checklist and understand that failure to do so may result in additional fees, delays in service, or our inability to safely complete the setup, which may result in the rental being canceled.

🌧️ Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe—including high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or other severe weather—we reserve the right to delay setup, postpone delivery, or cancel a rental for the safety of everyone involved.

If weather prevents your rental from taking place, we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your event or discuss available options.

No refunds once the inflatable has been delivered and set up.

📅 Booking & Reservation Fee
Bookings & Reservations DO NOT require a booking fee.

However, if more than one customer requests the same inflatable for the same date and time, a $50 booking/reservation fee WILL be required to secure your reservation.

The $50 reservation fee is applied toward your total rental cost and is not an additional charge.

If you choose to cancel after paying the reservation fee, the $50 is non-refundable because we have reserved that inflatable exclusively for your event and have turned away another customer requesting the same inflatable for the same date and time.
